On the 28th of May this year, His Imperial Majesty James I of Great Hanover released an Honours List on the Occasion of the Solemn Opening of the Imperial Diet. The title is bestowed upon the individual, and unlike the Great Office held by the Elector of Aspenwald, is uninheritable. As part of this esteemed recognition, the Count Palatine will incorporate the title "Grandee of the Hanoverian Empire" into his full formal style and title, further adorned with the traditional appellation of "The Most Excellent."

On 29 June 2023, the emperor hosted a ceremony in the Presence Chamber at St George's Palace in full regalia for His Most Serene Highness elevating him to the rank of Grandee.

The Count Palatine would like to thank His Imperial Majesty for this incredible honor.
