MICHAEL, Count Palatine and Prince-elector of Aspenwald, &c, to all to whom these presents shall come, 

GREETING:

WHEREAS in the interest of providing a steadfast seat of governance for the County Palatine and Electorate of Aspenwald;

AND WHERAS it has become necessary for me to declare an official household and court in fulfillment of my formal duties as Count Palatine and Prince-elector of the same;

LET IT BE KNOWN, therefore, that I do herby establish for my own use an official residence and court at my seat at Albansberg to be styled PALATINE HOUSE.

GIVEN this seventh Day of June, in the Year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Three under the Great Seal of Aspenwald.
