GREETING:

WHEREAS in the course of my continuing efforts to shape the framework of the County Palatine and Electorate of Aspenwald, it has become incumbent upon me to attend to the matter of our capital and its designation;

LET IT BE KNOWN, therefore, that ALBANSBERG, entitled ceremonially as THE CITY OF ALBANSBERG, shall henceforth be known and recognized as the capital of the County Palatine and Electorate of Aspenwald.

GIVEN this sixth Day of June, in the Year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Three under the Great Seal of Aspenwald.
